What do you need, mana or healing? Are you capable of making use of mastery, or are you largely going to be healing people without a HoT on them?

Definitely not spirit. You should not be having any kind of mana problems right now.

I've tried reforging all my crit to mastery, then switched back and I'd give a slight edge to crit. That said, I'm nowhere near the haste cap (currently at 741, and my crit is 30%) all justice gear, no icc drops yet :( At this point I'm not having any mana issues whatsoever, it's to the point that I'm acitvely checking locks and mages to hit them with innervate mid-fight, haven't dropped anywhere close to 50% mana in any fights- 753 spirit: 37k mana- only putting 2 points out of 3 in revitalize talent. Focusing mainly on raid healing (keeping a stack of lifebloom on main tank) rejuv, wildgrowth and an "oh s**t ToL spam regrowth" has kept me at the top of the healing charts. I don't even bother with nourish or healing touch, but I'm guessing if you're tank healing you might feel quite a bit differently about all this.
I certainly wouldn't reforge for haste, not a month before Cataclysm drops, unless you have spare gold sitting around for "experiments."
