Those fights are fairly simple. The only difficult thing in those achievements would be teaching 10 people the fights if they haven't done them before. The heroic version of LK, Halion, and Anub'arak are very simple, especially when youre doing damage that a level 85 will put out.

While I haven't gone back to do these recently, the one Hardmode that sticks out in my mind that would be the most difficult would be Anub. With our inflated health pools the amount of health he would leech from the raid would be insane, and quite difficult to out damage considering our health pools quadrupled yet or damage doubled at best.

So, good luck downing Heroic Anub'arak when your DPS less than double what it was at 80, Mortal Strike is now 10% instead of 50%, and your whole raid has 120k health.

Let's say your healers can consistently let people drop below 10k, other than the tanks--no mean feat with some of the AOE healing spells--nonetheless your two tanks need to be mostly topped off, say at 100k each. Anub will therefore heal 50k or so per second during the third phase (assuming 10 man), ignoring the excess healing needed on Penetrating Cold targets. Your six DPS have to do 8k each on Anub just to keep up with healing, but still have to DPS the adds.

25 man Lich King: 8, 10 or even more(?) not sure, the achievement is the same for doing it in 10 or 25man.

10 man Cata: 8 Guildies
25 man Cata: 20 Guildies

Planning on faction transferring your guild?
Here's some Information for guild leaders concerning guild achievements based on single and meta-achievement guild runs.

If you partially complete a meta-achievement and then faction transfer your guild, there is a very real chance as of the current patch that you will render your guild meta-achievement "inactive". What will happen? You will be shown as having received credit for x achievement as part of the meta-achievement progress with a completion date in the tooltip but no assigned character. It will also appear greyed out even though the tooltip will show a completion day in the meta-achievement. The single achievement will show up normally. The only fix available currently is to put in a GM ticket and make sure you explain it carefully and provide screenshots.

Personal dealings: It took 10 tickets to get this issued resolved after 3 escalations on february 27, 2012. Why so many? My description of the issue actually. Every GM thought I was speaking of my personal achievements. So guild leaders, if this happened or happens to you, it can be fixed. Be patient with your GM's try to be very clear on the issue and add screenshots
